Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within and despatched within 24 hours
  • Cut-off Times: Orders placed after 3 pm (UK Time) will begin processing the following business day.
  • Weekends & Holidays: 
    • Sunday: No shipping or deliveries (Post Office closed).
    • Public Holidays: Regular shipping and delivery schedule.

High Volume Delays: During peak holiday seasons or promotional events, processing times may be extended by a few business days. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you directly via email.
