• Ingredient Awareness: Full ingredient lists (including potential allergens like Linalool, Limonene, etc.) are provided on our product packaging. Customers must review these prior to use to avoid personal allergic reactions.
• Patch Testing Required: We strongly advise performing a 24-hour skin patch test on a small area of skin before full application. Discontinue use immediately if irritation, redness, or discomfort occurs.
• Safe Usage: All perfumes are strictly for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes, broken skin, or sensitive areas. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
• Flammability Warning: Our products contain alcohol and are highly flammable. Keep away from naked flames, sparks, cigarettes, and intense heat sources. We accept no liability for product misuse.
• 2. Shipping & Delivery Restrictions (UK Only)
  • Domestic Shipping Only: We sell and ship exclusively to addresses within the United Kingdom. We do not accept international orders or ship to overseas territories.
  • Dangerous Goods Regulations: Perfumes are classified as hazardous materials (UN1266, Flammable Liquids) due to their alcohol content. They are subject to strict domestic transport regulations and are dispatched via authorized UK couriers only.
  • Operating Hours: We do not dispatch or deliver orders on Sundays due to Post Office closures. However, our business operates as usual on public holidays.
  3. Product Accuracy & Formulation
  • Natural Variations: Due to the nature of sourcing raw cosmetic ingredients and natural oils, slight variations in fragrance colour or scent profile may occur between production batches.
  • Digital Display: We make every effort to display product colours and packaging accurately on screen. However, we cannot guarantee your monitor's display will perfectly match the physical product.
