How We Sell Full Bottles: The Transparency Policy

To make these prices possible, we operate a lean, sustainable on-demand sourcing model. This means we do not keep hundreds of expensive bottles sitting in a warehouse. Instead, the moment you order from us, we purchase the bottle directly from authorised distributors abroad.
The Journey of Your Bottle
Because your fragrance travels across international borders to reach us, the delivery process has two distinct phases:
  1. International Transit (8–12 Business Days): The bottle is securely packed by our partner and shipped to our UK facility. This window includes international transit time, customs processing, and delivery to our door.
  2. Next-Day UK Shipping (1 Business Day): As soon as your bottle lands at our UK base, we run a swift quality and authenticity check. We then hand it straight over to Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked to get it to your doorstep the very next day.

Important Order Notes
  • Cancellations: Because we instantly buy and commit to your bottle with our global supplier when you checkout, cancellations can only be requested within 2 hours of placing your order.
  • Split Shipping: If your order contains both our hand-poured decants (which normally ship within 24–48 hours) and a full-size bottle, the entire order will ship together once the full bottle arrives. If you need your decants sooner, we highly recommend placing two separate orders.
